a guild seems like a nice idea, its easier than trying to add everyone to your friends list, if for no other reason than that i think it would be worth it.  And it would add to a sense of unity as well

If we WERE to have a guild, what would be the name? Personally, I like Bringers of the Light, but I am open to change.

I suggested this in my introduction in another thread, but I like "Lights Out".  I think it sounds menacing but still connected to the church.  Kind of like the dark underside of the church.

I think that a guild idea would be awesome, besides the fact of the couple downfalls, It would establish a FIRP that people would know a little more about, as well as give a general means to help eachother out.. The guild bank for instance could be a great advantage as we get higher, as far as the guild chat goes...we could either just ignore it completely, or just use it to BS with eachother ooc, as long as its clear not to talk about characters IC actions. We could always RP out something where we get an invention from the gnomes to talk to eachother, it could be an additional storyline we can RP out. But im totally down with it just being OOC because Im loving the FIRP aspect so far, but sometimes I would just like to ask people how they are doing IRL on occasion if we become the close knit group like I am hoping. We can also all get the guild event calendar so people can remember if we meet up for things. I have a forgetful memory and having that would be a great bonus for all of us being able to meet up and continue our experience together and be a little organized about it. Hell, ill even keep pieces of parchment in my bag to simulate the guild calendar being my paper and the meetings being my notes and such. I'm still new to this so it may conflict, but I also like to see whos an FIRPer instead of random names i get for my friends list from people who decide to make themselves known publicly
