Time For A ChangeIt was nearly 6 weeks ago now that I launched this forum, and a little longer since I first introduced the idea for this group on the WoW RP forum. We started off like gangbusters. On April 30, there were 8 people on-line at once, and I thought this group was off to a good start.But not long after, the interest of many of the original people who signed on began to wane, and since then, even with a slight recovery, the interest level has remained sort of stagnant. When we decided to create The Covenant of Light we had (including Darkstar) 5 signatures at one time I believe, now we are down to 3. So, things haven't gone well for us. I want to express how sorry I am to those trying to RP the stories that we've come up with. Having to rewrite character histories is never fun, and having someone drop out of a plot right in the middle is disruptive, so, I really am sorry. I may be concentrating more on some other characters for awhile, maybe I need a little distance from Lyssira right now. I'm also thinking about getting more involved in some other aspects of the game like PvP, not to the exclusion of RP, but I'm sure you've noticed that Lyssira is always flagged. Well, I think I sense myself starting to ramble now, so better cut this off before I get into full swing. Before I go I want to thank heartily everyone who has helped with this effort, you are really a great bunch of people! Oh! And a special thinks to Xaiden for all of your help and support! Thank you! edit: And one final, special, thank you to someone who inspired me to start this effort in the first place and later supported my efforts with an excellent storyline, Aquataine (Eto). I truly hope that my ducking out now does no serious harm to other stories you have that are related to this one. |
