I split this out of an RP Stories thread since it was off-topic for that thread. It is a very interesting idea however, let's talk about this one.

((hmmmm.. I have a raid on Friday, and if I don't get in, I will probably be going on the Modan Co.'s Excavation. You all can come if you want. Just don't tell Rijj you are in a hit group. Who knows? Maybe we will find something that will help in the storyline or something.

Yes, Covenant artifacts or even clues that may lead to The Lost Portent.
I think Bimo has made a great suggestion. Perhaps we can arrange to have a few of us get together with Modan Co members for a group "dig".

Tonight wouldn't work for me either. If all goes according to plan I am to meet with Aedrean. Anyone else who wants to join the Modan Co excavation is welcome to tonight.
I would also like to plan another one in the future if Rijj is willing. Perhaps one with a stated purpose of looking for the Lost Portent.

How do the excavations work? Do we use shovels and picks and head to places such as Loch Modan and Badlands?
Also, while doing the low level quests in Elwynn for rep, I came across a Kobold Mining Shovel. I've been using it for quests, like digging up graves and mounds of dirt to search for things. I even made a joke in Darkshire that I was going grave robbing.

My money ran out on my account the other night right while I was escorting some people to and around Silverpine (They were levels 12 and 14, were new players, but I told them where everything was in SP). I'm gonna add more money tomorrow.
this means I'm gonna miss...everything tonight.

Now, if only Bellara shows up. I've seen her around the site a couple of times but she hasn't responded to the "letter" Lyss sent her.

Consadine will soon be gone for 1-3 months. He is moving and getting a new job. He told me this the other night. Better spend as much time with him as you can.

It might be better if just Lyss and Aed meet tonight, I'm going to be heading to bed early due to SATS tomorrow so I will only be able to be on for a half hour at best. Sorry for the short notice, getting my times mixed up as server time in an hour behind my time.

Yeah, I had to go to my raid tonight. Always needing me to heal for them. Not making the excavation. You can try to talk to Rijj about making a storyling expedition. Yes, it is THE Rijj. I think he will support it.
